Semi-custom wedding suites will ship within 1-2 weeks after final proof approval using USPS Ground Advantage Free shipping. For rush order, please contact us before purchasing to make sure we can accommodate your request. A rush fee will be applied. Upgraded shipping can be purchased at checkout.

For all other orders, we ship 1-3 days after purchase using your chosen shipping method at checkout.

Due to the nature of customized items, we do not offer exchanges on wedding suites or personalized products. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us for a potential exchange request. We will send you a return label and ship your replacement once we receive your item. Items must not be used, contain original tags, and placed in original packaging (except in cases of damaged boxes). Please contact us before attempting to return your item for an exchange.
